Are you just starting out in events and don't know where to start? Or maybe you've done events before, but always seem to forget things along the way.
I've combined my knowledge and expertise over the past 15 years of working on events and conferences for a non-profit, a media company, a PR agency, and eventually under my own company, to compile an entire course full of checklists, email swipe copy, and templates.
Meet your new BFF,
The Complete Guide to Badass Event Planning!
I always wanted resources like this to make the process easier but never had the time to actually work them up while working for other companies.
When I started my company in 2012, I took the time to work on these documents because I knew in the long run, it would make life MUCH easier to not have to start from scratch for each and every event.
This guide is an easy-to-follow system that is profitable, repeatable, and scaleable. It has over 64 Checklists and Templates and is chock full of #BadassProTips
Besides being a huge help for my team, this has been a big bonus for our clients as well. We're able to work quickly and efficiently, without missing items or having something slip through the cracks because it's all written out in advance.
It's ridiculous how beneficial these documents are.
But don't trust me...
Check out what those we've worked with have said:
"I have worked with Karen many times over the last 10 years not just at Reinventing Events but also at her time at Mashable. The experience has always been great and of the many events production people I work with Karen is for sure one of the smoothest and most on the ball of them all."
- Jonny Wilson, Eclectic Method
"Working with Karen and her team at Reinventing Events is always a pleasure. They are top notch in organizing great events that work well for photographers because the timelines are solid, everything is well organized, and they understand that photography is important and ask the right questions to make sure everyone has what they need to produce something great!"
- Gene Hwang, COO, Orange Photography
"We hired Karen and her team at Reinventing Events to support us for our first company conference, CO:LLABORATE. When we first engaged with Karen, our expectation was that her team would be supporting ours. As it turned out, there was a lot we didn't know that we didn't know! Luckily, we had Karen."
- Jen Spencer, Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Allbound, Inc.
"Karen and her team were amazing to work with. Extremely detail oriented and thorough planners that helped our event run seamlessly. They took the conference to the next level."
- David Spinks, CEO, CMX Hub
"Reinventing Events took our events business to the next level. We could not have done it without them. They are creative, resourceful, and work hard from the client to get the job done and done right."
- Max Altschuler, CEO, Sales Hacker
